When the electromagnetic coils are energized by AC power, a magnetic force is generated. Under the action of this magnetic force and the pressure spring, the piston moves reciprocally so that the volume of the cylinder changes. This leads to the automatic opening and shutting of the inlet and outlet valves, thereby realizing the working cycle of intake, compression and exhaust.

Kindly Note
1．It is normal for the air pump to have a little heat when working under high pressure. Proper heat dissipation operation can prolong the service life of the air pump.
2．Correct storage is necessary. Please keep the unit away from high temperature, sunshine, damp or dust.
3．Make sure the appliance is properly grounded during use to protect the operator from electric shock.
How to Operate It?
- Connect the air outlet adapter to the distributor and start the unit. When used in aquaculture ponds, the outlet hose can be connected to pipe distributors for air stones or art curtains.
- If the exhaust volume is reduced or there is no exhaust volume, check whether the connecting parts are leaking, or unplug the plug, remove the front cover, valve, valve seat, wash off the dust on it with water, and reinstall it after drying.
- If the unit still does not work after the power is turned on, in most cases the diode connection point has been damaged or the gap between the motor piston and the housing has been significantly displaced due to inconvenient transportation, and all parts need to be reassembled for recovery.
