Bought in fair condition, 1 wrap missing and just looked like it needed some love....cleaned,checked and fitted ferrules, cleaned and prepared for and varnished (2 coats)... replaced missing wrap, applied 2 coats of high gloss \"Man of War\" varnish to the wraps. The tip has a slight bow...parts of the label are missing. It is a 3/1 and I \"lawn casted\" a WF5wt. and a WF 6 wt..... I thought that the 5wt. casted the best...although there was not that much difference between the two(2) Both casted 50-55\' with ease...nice example of a 70 year old rod...\"Book\" says $225. value!
