This is a very nice Wood Pull Toy manufactured by the Gong Bell Company in 1950. The wheels are metal and as you pull it the wheels Jingle and Ring with a cool fun sound. The wood clown moves around in circles as it is pulled, upside down and around and around. Children love it!! The string is original just as everything else is. The wheels move freely without any difficulty. The wheels appear to be somewhat rusty on the bottom as you would expect. The paper on the puppy is a little worn on the bottom on one side and a slight tear on the other side. The toy is 9\" tall and 12\" long.
