Seller offered a special price to me and then waited 5 days after purchase it finally shipped with no tracking and no communication even after not arriving in the time allotted. The Seller is responsible for the shipping service because the purchaser is not the seller! I gave the seller the ability to track down the package because I need it, but the seller just refunded my money with no response which seems suspicious unless you just make up fake products to sell to unsuspecting consumers.

I assume the original item has been repackaged into 1 oz bottles. They are hand labelled as pH down though it is very difficult to read some of the labels. Also the hand labels don't say general hydroponics so buyer has to assume that's what's inside. Would be nice to include the information from the original bottle so the buyer knows what it is, how to handle it. Took a long time to arrive-showed shipped the next day but took 7 days to arrive.
