Pro: My plants are happy, lights can be chained together, and the tone of light is reasonably pleasant. The pictures make it look more reddish than it appears in person. Neutral: They're not very bright. That could be a pro or a con depending on what you want. In my case, I'm working in a compact space, so brighter lights might've been overly harsh to my plants. Con: They're made entirely of plastic. There's no e.g. metal spine to make them especially sturdy. Also, the reflectors do an OK job of directing light downwards, but not a great job.
