This light is great. It is lightweight, sturdy, goes together easily with just 2 ... This light is great. It is lightweight, sturdy, goes together easily with just 2 screws to screw in. It has a decently long cord, an easy and convenient on/off switch, and an easily adjustable cord for raising or lowering the light. The only con I found is the raising/lowering cord has no where to go but to hang down .....right in the middle, so you have to fling it around the top bar...or just put up with it hanging down. I cannot comment on the durability of the unit because I have not had it long enough to be able to judge.

I purchased this mid January 2017 & couldn't be happier. This is a good deal and my ... I purchased this mid January 2017 & couldn't be happier. This is a good deal and my purchase arrived ahead of schedule. The up/down mechanism is so easy & light weight to use. The on/off switch is a toggle & not a dial (good). The cord is heavy duty & long enough for my needs. The light itself did an excellent job of helping to start my plants. However I did use aluminum foil under my seedlings and on the wall behind them. This reflects well. Overall I am happy w/ my purchase. I may be looking for another unit in the near future. (Maybe even a 2 bulb this time)

I accidently bought the wrong plant light bulbs and it was so expensive to ship back ... I accidently bought the wrong plant light bulbs and it was so expensive to ship back I decided to look into getting a fixture as I have my plants pretty crowded anyway. The light system was way better than expected..strong, well made and easy to assemble (and I have enough extra bulbs for years to come) I did not order the timer as I have an extra one. The system desite being only one bulb gives alot of light and the height is so easy to adjust. LOVE IT!
