• Please be aware that grow light bulb is a consumable product. Regardless of HPS, MH, LED, Fluorescent or the incandescent light bulb, the fact that the total lumen (brightness) will decrease in time.
• For an optimized growing condition, it is strongly recommended to change your grow light bulb after 12 months of continuous use.
• Note: The trigger voltage of our ballast is 7000V, and output frequency is 100K. If your ballast cannot reach the standard, then our bulb cannot be lighted up.

MH bulb compatible with electronic and magnetic ballasts

• VIVOSUN dimmable electronic digital ballast is the best choice for metal halide grow light lamps.
• The dimmable setting of ballast should be the same watts as the bulb when starting, or your bulb may not be lighted up. The extra setting is to adjust the brightness (lumen) of the bulb. Different lumens have different effect on the plants.
• The ballast can't ignite lamps when it is hot. When reigniting the lamp after shutting down, please wait several minutes to give time for the lamp to cool down.

MH bulb can be used in VIVOSUN air cool reflector hood or wing reflector hood
