• All-Natural Clay Pebbles: Naturally mined and kiln dried in Germany, our clay pebbles provide excellent moisture retention, drainage, and aeration to help aid in the growth of your plants. Our hydroponic clay balls are lightweight, semi-porous, and free from any harmful gases or materials. Our clay balls for plants are great at absorbing nutrients from plant additives, helping them grow healthy and faster. Our light expanded clay pebbles measure approximately 8–16 mm.
• Great for Hydroponics & Aquaponics: Using our light expanded clay aggregate with soil, or as an alternative to soil, is a great way to keep your plants hydrated. Clay soil is especially helpful in areas where water is scarce, as they help improve irrigation systems and seed propagation. Due to their semi-porous nature, our leca clay pebbles won’t block dripper systems. Ideal for media beds, dutch buckets, flood systems, multi-pot, deep water culture, and more!
• Superior Moisture Retention: Our plant balls are perfect for keeping your plants hydrated properly. Our expanded clay aggregate collects excess water inside, allowing your plants to take in water as needed. This supplies plants with a constant, steady stream of water - without the fear of overwatering your plant. This also protects your plants from root damage, rotting, and excess acidity.
• Improved Airflow & Drainage: Unlike soil, which can sometimes suffocate plants, our lightweight clay pebbles hold air inside of them, improving circulation for your plant’s roots. The pores in the clay help to provide proper drainage for your plants, ensuring that they don’t get overwater while also getting the appropriate amount of oxygen. The increased airflow also aids in regulating soil temperatures.
• Long Lasting & Reusable: Our clay pebbles are durable enough to be reused multiple times. Lifetime depends on your usage and care of the pebbles. For best results, rinse the clay pellets before use. We suggest initially soaking your pebbles in water for at least 6 hours (up to 24 hours) before use. Clean thoroughly, and sterilize with alcohol or peroxide between uses. For outdoor gardening, use our clay pebbles with your soil; not suitable as a replacement for soil in outdoor gardens.

Please contact us if you would like us to provide a return shipping label. You may choose your own shipping method, but be sure to select a method that includes tracking information. Once your package has been received and inspected, a credit will be issued for the the full price of the item.
