The 1-gallon reservoir holds the Dewey Mister Aeroponic unit in only 1/2 gallon of water! Get roots in as fast as 5 days! Depending on the species, most cuttings will root in 7-14 days when the water/nutrient solution's pH is within your plant's pH range. If you know that information, then we have you covered there so you can adjust the pH! Clonex Solution is included and there's enough for one gallon of solution, plus we include pH Up and Down as well as a pH Test Kit! That makes for a successful system for cloning "your" plants!

If the return is due to a defect or other warranty issue, contact us before making any returns to see if we can resolve the issue without a shipping expense on your part.   Warranty:The entire system is covered under a limited 1-year warranty. If any item in the system is found to be defective or stops working during the first year, we will repair or replace the defective item. The warranty does not cover blemishes, user wear and tear, any modifications to any part of the system, or using the system in an illegal manner. The air-stone (if equipped) for example will break if dropped on a solid surface. We can't replace that. The air-pump is covered by the manufacturer and we will replace or repair it if it stops working. You are responsible for packing and shipping any items back to us. We will pay to ship the new/repaired item back to you. Some items will wear out over time, but everything in the system should last if taken care of.

  Shipping:Every system is packed well and shipped to you via the cheapest carrier. We will use either FedEx or UPS. If the system has been damaged by the carrier during shipment, please take photos and contact us as soon as possible.

  Customer Service: That's our business! If you are not satisfied in any way whatsoever, please contact us first so that we can resolve any issues as quickly as possible. We will gladly give you a positive buyer's review when we receive a positive review from you, the buyer. We can't get that if we don't do everything we can to take take of you.
