I bought my first ez cloner over 10 years ago. I still use it and love it. This new model is much thicker and stronger. Number 1 problem with it ...and why I give it 3 stars... there are no handles to lift the lid off the unit. You have to remove some foam cups to remove the lid. This is a MASSIVE design flaw if every cup is filled with ROOTED clones. I lift the lid daily to check operations and water quality. This unit needs and requires handles on the lid. EZ clone if you read this and I hope you do.... you screwed up HUGE!!!
