Inspiring and Uplifting
First things first, this is not a football book or a traditional self-help book. This is the story of Tony Dungy's journey from high school to the Super Bowl and everywhere in between. It recounts his life based on his Christian faith and the incredible opportunities God has blessed him with. He implores the reader to trust God's plan in every single aspect of life, demonstrated by his story and rewards through faith alone. From playing for the Steelers, to the suicide of his son Jamie, to being the first African American coach to win the Super Bowl, the book is nothing short of spectacular. It is filled with principles of faith and words to live by. I could not recommend it more. Do yourself a favor and read it. You will not regret it, trust me. Psalm 27:1

Principles for Life
Quiet Strength is an excellent book, great reading , profound in expression. This book is a must read for improvement of quality of life. It's gives great information about staying the course as a Christian, doing what's right, allowing the LORD to lead. Coach Dungy is an excellent role model sticking with his resolve to maintain his Christian bearing.

Great book, strong Christian message.
Great book. After receiving it as a gift, I bought it for the boys in my Sunday School class. Tony Dungy is very inspirational and has a very strong, great Christian message. Great and easy read for all young men aspiring to become better men.
