The description did not give a year for the aerogarden . What I found out is that first the plug wound not fit (older Type). So what I did was take the plug from the aerogarden that did not work and switched it for the one that did. Next I found out that the lights for an elite and a basic will not exchange . So again I switched parts and now everything works. Not a SS bounty but a basic. Still save money on the price of a new one.
