Working control board set for Frigidaire dehumidifier (controls 2-speed fan)
Removed from model LAD, but may fit other models as well.
What is unique about this set is the use of a Skinny DIP microcontroller--while it is an older design, I believe it is fit, form and function identical to the version that uses the SMD microcontroller.
The first 6 photos show what you are purchasing--the final 2 are for reference only
Humidity sensor, frost sensor & water level microswitch included
I have sold a number of board sets and with good results.
Shipped in anti-static bagSome of this series may be subject to recall--most likely because of PCB spade terminal failure--I have carefully checked the PCB spade terminals in question (2 power circuit return terminals, I believe) and find no cracks or deterioration. Single sided PCBs are notorious for weak solder joints--a cracked solder joint can overheat and arc thus generating sufficient heat to ignite the PCB resin. For safety, what I would do is to unplug the blue & white wires and bug them together externally along with a third that plugs onto the circuit board--in that way, the circuit board is not used as a compressor current tie point--the connection to the circuit board powers only the fan and small power transformer.
