• If the products happen to be DOA, please contact us within 2 days to nofity us. Defective item will be replace with the same item. Buyer will be responsible for all shipping cost (shipping cost to us and returning shipping cost). Buyer must contact us to obtain an RMA# prior to shipping back. Any packages without an RMA# will be refused.

RETURN POLICY

• All returns must be accompanied by a receipt and original packaging.
• Used or opened items may not be returned.
• Customers must contact us for a RMA# prior to sending anything back to our warehouse.

• A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returned merchandise.
