19\" vintage compo Effanbee Patsy Ann marked on her back and dressed in vintage clothing. Her dress is faded in front---probably from the sun---and it is darker purple in back. It may or may not be original. Her slip is a onesie and it probably is original. Shoes are older---may be original. Socks look like they may have been replaced with newer ones. You can see the areas of paint loss and chips in photos.Still a nice doll even after all these years.
