Our sizing policy is to standardise as much as possible. If you know your measurements you can be confident that all skirts in that measurement will be in the same size category. Sizing differs from brand to brand and some items have the wrong size label. We have exceptionally low return rates for wrongly sized clothes - although everyone is different and we do accept returns with a smile.

Combined postage offer
If you are ordering more than one item which has a postal chargejust send me a message when you have selected all your itemsand your postage costs will be adjusted. We try to charge the actual cost of postage, nothing more.
Please do not complete you payment until you have received the adjusted invoice. If you do pay we can refund the excess through PayPal, please message me if you have overpaid.
Shipping
Due to rising postal charges a range of tariffs is offered.Proof of postage is always kept and will be forwarded to PayPal in the event of a dispute.If you would like an alternative postage tariff, such asnext day deliveryplease send me a message before completing payment.
We try to keep our postage costs as low as possible and to post items quickly. Posting is usually on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday. On Bank holiday weeks it is Tuesday and Thursday. Postage is as close to actual cost as possible. Sometimes the Post Office charges less than anticipated and in this event please contact me and I will refund the difference if it is over £0.50.
Orders are posted within 2 working days and are shipped to the address shown on your account. If you would like your order sent to an alternate address please message me before paying to ensure your order is not shipped to the wrong address.
International buyers are welcome, International Tracked / Signed for delivery can be offered, please contact me before paying if you would like this option. The cost is between £5 to £15 extra on top of the normal postal charge. Please note that tracking is not available to all countries.
Terms of sale
If you find your garment is the wrong size or you are unhappy with the item in any way please send me a message, preferably within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returns are accepted as long as the garment is returned in the same condition (no stains, alterations or signs of wear) then you will receive a refund for the price of the item (not the cost of postage). Items are returned at the buyer’s expense. Please pack them flat - if possible under 8 cm deep - use the envelope it came in. Ask for Proof of Postage at the Post Office. This is as good as recorded and much cheaper.
Garments are checked thoroughly before being posted, but in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged then you will be offered a full refund once the item is returned.
