COMPOSITION DOLL

You are looking at a gorgeous, huge, RARE TODDLER antique/vintage EFFANBEE ‘BUBBLES’ doll. BUBBLES was made by EFFANBEE around 1924. On the back of BUBBLES\' breastplates is imprinted: \'EFFANBEE/BUBBLES/Copr. 1924/ MADE IN USA\'.

This HUGE ‘old’ doll is in excellent restored condition. She wears a hang-tag which identifies her as having been restored at DOLL HEAVEN. She measures 30\" in length and has a head circumference of 17\". Her head with attached breastplate, curved arms and long toddler legs are made of composition. She has a NEW, clean cloth body with new, clean stuffing.

BUBBLES has warm coloring with blush in the ‘right’ places. Her hair is molded and painted blond. She has painted upper and lower eyelashes and painted eyebrows. The doll\'s open red mouth shows a sweet smile exposing a red tongue and two upper teeth. The lovely tin sleep eyes are blue and function well.

She\'ll come dressed in a lovely outfit made especially for her here at DOLL HEAVEN. It consists of a soft white cotton checked batiste dress with self-ruffle and accented with a lovely soft floral trim in shades of pink, a pink satin cape lined with the same material as the dress, a pink satin bonnet with a brim matching the floral trim of the dress, a white cotton slip and pantaloons with white lace, white leatherette shoes and white socks.
