If you live in a state where we do not collect sales tax, you may still be required by law to remit use tax to your state on your purchase. Shipping Policy
We provide free shipping to all orders shipped within the continental United States and offer international shipping for all other global addresses using ’s Global Shipping Program (shipping fees calculated during checkout).
Our items take 0-2 business days for processing and handling time. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Items should be delivered between 0-5 business days after shipment (international shipments will very). Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. However, not all items ship from the same location. Some items may take longer depending on shipping location or shipping method. The majority of our items are shipped through USPS or UPS.
Return Policy
All returns MUST be authorized by etailz and done through the returns page. Please do not send back products without contacting etailz as the return address is different from the shipping address.
You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the original purchase date. If a product arrives as defective or damaged in transit, please contact etailz within 10 days of shipment. Products must not be used or expired, in the same condition that you received them and with their original packaging.
Please note, if an item was sold as pre-owned or used, it is expected to be returned in the same condition that you received it in. Products should be sent back using a trackable shipping method. We will only refund the cost of the item, return shipping costs are your responsibility. After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed and will be applied to your PayPal account within 5 business days.
International Returns
All international returns MUST be authorized by etailz and done through the returns page. Please do not send back products without contacting etailz as the return address is different from the shipping address.
Returns will only be accepted on new products that were not accurately described or arrive defective/damaged. Please contact etailz within 10 days of shipment. Products must be in the same condition that you received them with their original packaging and cannot be used or expired.
