Eco-friendly Original Peat Jiffy Pellets

Ideal for starting your seeds indoors! Just put a few seeds in each pellet and add water.Pellets contain a sterile peat growing medium, encouraging plant growth with great aeration and water retaining capacity. Each pellet has its own compartment. Sphagnum peat from specially selected peat bogs. Lime and a special fertilizer with a low ammonium content are added to the peat in order to stimulate growth.

Compressed pellets are enclosed in re-sealable packaging allows for easy storage if needed. Instructions provided on backside of packaging.Each Pellet will expand to fill a 2.25in pot (or 2 1/4\") ; 36 Pellets per bag will expand to fill a 4 quart pot. Refer to the Quick Soil Expansion Chart (provided on the backside of the package) to determine how many pellets you will need.
