A note on color:  We are selling several LED Lighting Products, some available in several colors.  Some are very vibrant (Green, Red, etc.) but some are subtly different (Cool White, Warm White).  We can not photograph these differences, and only can reply on manufacturer\'s descriptions.  Issues based on color for any reason (\"Does not match my other lights\", \"I thought it would be a greener-green\", etc.) will not be reason for return.  By purchasing, you understand these terms, which will be strictly enforced.

We accept PayPal for all our sales.  Please contact us for alternate payment methods (for local pick-up items).

Payment must be received within 8 days of the close of sale. If payment isn\'t received within 8 days, the transaction is canceled and a Non-Paying buyer alert will be filed.  This allows us to combine shipments for up to 1 week.  After 4 more days, the case will be closed, and will record an unpaid item on your account.  If payment arrives after the 8th day, your payment will be refunded, and the item will not be shipped.  There are no exceptions to this rule as we are using the \'s \"Unpaid Item Assistant\", which automates this process. 

Shipping prices are calculated based on weight of item + adequate packing for the item to arrive safely + small fee to cover packaging materials, our time, and \'s fee structure.  Total shipping is displayed at the time of offerding.  Do not expect to offer, win, then ask for a lesser shipping fee.  We WILL NOT under-package the item to make it more economical for you.  If you ask after you win, we will send you to this statement.  Any exceptions to this rule will be posted in the body of the listing.

Domestic shipments are usually shipped within 1 business day of receiving payment.

Items are shipped by either USPS or UPS, and are clearly listed in each listed.  If shipment method is UPS, a physical street address is needed (no PO Boxes).  If UPS is the only listed shipping method, it is the only available shipping method (no shipping to APOs, PO Boxes, etc. ).  Items shipped via UPS include insurance for the value of the closing price.  Items which are offered with FREE SHIPPING may be shipped via any carrier/method.  Tracking numbers/delivery confirmations will be emailed to the address listed in your PayPal payment details.

International buyers, please be aware that you may incur a brokerage and/or customs fee upon delivery. Winning buyer is responsible for shipping charges. We reserve the right to choose carrier based on shipping method selected at time of payment.  We only ship international items via USPS Priority Mail (and not 1st Class International) as we have had to many problems with the slower methods.  Due to international insurance, we only ship international shipments once per week (on Wednesdays).  Please take this into consideration when estimating delivery dates.
