Selling my 1947 MV. Serial number 126726x9. I have the old tag in my desk and it will be forwarded to the buyer when paid in full. This tractor is an original MV not a cotton picker tractor. I bought it from a man in Wisconsin who purchased it in Donaldsonville , Louisiana. It was a sugar cane tractor. I can\'t recall how many MVs were manufactured but I can tell you they are pretty rare tractor. This tractor has a rebuilt motor and starts right up and runs as it should. New remanned starter and batteryThere is a bit of slack in the chains in the dropboxes. You can feel it when you let the clutch out. The sheet metal is good but has some pitting as it was repainted without a expoxy primer. The tractor sits on 13.6 x 36 almost new rears. Original split rims. The fronts are almost new 6.50 x 20. I will throw in the umbrella in the pictures to the winning buyer. I accept PayPal, wire transfers bank checks or cash. Loading dock available on my ranch here in Meeteetse, Wy.
