How Does Acoustic Ducting Work?

Fox’s range of Acoustic Ducting consists of three layers which help reduce airborne noises and smells. The inner and outer layers are made out of lightweightaluminiumducting which is housing a layer offibreglass. As air is passed down the ducting via the connected fan, it reacts to crinkles within the outer wall, which subsequently produces airborne noise.


Unlike other types of ducting, the middle layer offibreglassprevents these airborne noises escaping. This can reduce the noise produced by up to 80% compared to standard types of ducting.

• Your satisfaction is important to us and we always aim to provide the best products and service to all our customers.
• If however you are not completely satisfied with any item you have purchased from us, please contact our dedicated support team via for more information.
• Items that are returned after 30 days can only receive a replacement unit or store credit.
• All items must be returned in the correct packaging.
• If items are not returned in original packaging, a 25% handling fee and postage charge will be incurred.
• All returns must include customer & order details to ensure a smooth returns process.
• Broken bulbs need not be returned. We simply require photos of said broken bulb upon which we will issue a replacement. Once replacement as has arrived, please send us an image of both bulbs together so we know the replacement bulb has arrived without any defects.
• Before opening an returns case, please contact our customer service team so we can fast track your enquiry.
• In the case of broken products or missing parts of products, we require a photo as evidence within 7 days of purchase. Without photographic evidence, we cannot process your claim.
• Customers must provide a day when someone will be home for collection of return.
