How Will My Freight Be Delivered?

Thisitem ships via truck freight. The trucking company will call you to arrange forcurbside delivery. Your delivery address must be accessible by tractor-trailer.Truck drivers are not required to give assistance unloading, which means thatyou are responsible for unloading your freight and moving it to your shop.

WhatIf I Need Help Unloading And Moving My Freight To My Shop? Do You Offer AnyExtra Delivery Services?

Wehave negotiated discounted rates for liftgate delivery with the freightcarriers we use. The charge for this service is $34.00 if you arrange itthrough Grizzly. If you opt for this service, the carrier will use a truckequipped with a liftgate to lower your freight to the ground. Your deliveryaddress must be accessible by tractor-trailer and you are still responsible formoving the freight from your curbside to your shop.Please send us a message through if you would like toadd this service.

Somefreight terminals are equipped to offer additional services - such as movingthe freight into your shop or garage for you - on a limited basis for anadditional charge. None of the carriers we work with will move freight up ordown stairs. If you are interested in finding out whether the carrier can offeradditional delivery services for your order, please send us a message and wewill be happy to look into it for you. Please be advised that GrizzlyIndustrial will not be responsible for providing these services for returns.

IWork Full Time And There Is No One Home To Receive My Freight Delivery. WhatAre My Options?

Freightis delivered on weekdays during normal business hours. Many customers find itmore convenient to arrange to pick up at the carrier\'s terminal or to havetheir orders shipped to their work address or to a friend who can be home toaccept delivery during the day. Since it is your responsibility to unload your freightfrom the truck and to inspect your freight to be sure you receive the rightnumber of boxes in good condition, someone must be present at the time ofdelivery.
