This is a \"Bullet Proof\" replacement axle for failed or broken front axles used on John Deere L/LA/D series Riding Lawn Mowers .

The John Deere tractor uses a cast iron front axle that may be prone to fracturing and failing when used for heavy duty work.

This replacement axle is manufactured in the US from solid 3/4\" billet steel. Virtually everything else on the tractor will break before this axle will!
