As you can see, this bulb works great. Please note, the light hood and the ballast are not included with this bulb and were used for demonstration/testing purposes only.

We got this bulb at an estate sale with a lot of home gardening equipment. This bulb was in a box for another bulb which we will include with the bulb. We can\'t attest as to whether or not this bulb was used or not, but we assume the bulb that was in the box replaced this bulb.

PLEASE NOTE: has been having an ongoing problem with FedEx shipping charges. More often than not, the shipping cost quoted on the item page will increase when sends a notification/invoice to pay for your item. We have never received a negative response in over 14 years on . We understand that our customers don\'t have the security of picking up our items and inspecting them in their hands. We take numerous pictures of all of our items and provide a detailed description of any imperfections we may find. That doesn\'t mean we always get it correct. If we don\'t, we won\'t throw you out with the bath water. We accept returns for any reason and give you 14 days to make your decision. Even if you decide you just don\'t like or want the item, let us know, send it back and we\'ll return your payment immediately upon receiving the item back.

We also pack our items very well. We use bubble wrap and/or packaging peanuts along with thick cardboard boxes. If an item is breakable, we clearly mark that on every side of the box except the bottom. We have received dozens of positive comments regarding our packaging and we will always package our items with the same care as we would want our purchases to be packed.
