  Means that the item has been serviced by the original manufacturer, after being returned for one of a variety of reasons:
  - Item was missing parts when received by the store.
  - Item had scratches or dents on item when received by the store, and may come with scratches or dents, with paint possibly faded or flaking.
  - Item was purchased by a consumer and didn\'t work right away and they returned it to the store. The store then returned the item to the factory.
  - Warranty on this item (pressure washer pump or generator) is from Small Engine Warehouse and covers defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date on the invoice.
  - Warranty on the item is from the manufacturer and depending on model is either 1 or 2 years, covers defects in material and workmanship, service on item can be obtained from any Factory Authorized Service Center.
  - These are not brand new. Every item has been ran.
  
  \"Take-Off\"
  Items are not brand new. They normally have run time on the item of several hours. A typical take-off item was removed from a non-working pressure washer or generator. All take-off items are started, run, and repaired (if necessary) by us. The warranty is from us, not the manufacturer, for a period of 30 days from the date on the invoice.
  
  \"Minor Imperfections\"
  Minor imperfections generally occur when the manufacturer makes the seat and while injecting the foam it doesn\'t fully fill out the vinyl or cloth and has a \"wrinkle\" that at first glance may appear to be a rip but upon further inspection is just an \"indent\" in the material.

• Items under 90 pounds are shipped regular ground service by the lowest cost method.
• FedEx is our primary carrier.

• Items over 90 pounds are normally shipped by LTL truck freight.
• For LTL Truck Freight Shipments:
• Truck shipments require a PHONE NUMBER and DELIVERY SIGNATURE.
• If a semi-truck cannot deliver to your address, then choose an alternate, more accessible address.
• The semi driver is responsible only to get the item to the back of the truck. You are responsible for unloading.
• Shipping charge DOES NOT include accessory charges like INSIDE DELIVERY, LIFTGATE, or LIMITED ACCESS deliveries (schools, churches, construction sites, etc.).
  - Charges for such accessory services that you request, will be collected directly from the freight company.
• Delivery Signature releases shipping company and shipper of liability, you must inspect your item for damage prior to signing.

Return Info

You must contact us within 14 days for a valid Return Authorization Number.

There will be no returns allowed after the 14 day return period lapses.

Buyer must pay for return shipping and assure that item is packaged sufficiently to avoid damage.

Buyer is responsible for any to damage item prior to receipt at Small Engine Warehouse.

Engines filled with fuel or oil are not eligible for return. No Returns on Electrical Items.

Buyer will be credited for the amount paid for item minus original shipping costs and damage after item is received and inspected.
