  AllLED Retrofit kits are warrantied against manufacturing defects for 5 years from date of purchase.

  
  

  If your product is determined to be defective,wewill elect, in our discretion,to replace the product or refund the full purchase price of the product.

  
  

  Thislimited warranty does not apply to loss or damage to the product caused by negligence, misuse, mishandling, improper installation, improper storage, improper maintenance, damage due to fire or acts of God, vandalism, civil disturbances, power surges, or improper power supply or electrical current.

  
  

  THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS VOID IF THE PRODUCT IS NOT USED FOR THE PURPOSE FOR WHICH IT IS DESIGNED.

  
  

  A small number of individual LEDs in the light strips may burn out over time with normal use. This should have minimal effect on light quality or output, and is generally uncommon. This warranty does not cover the failure of individual LEDs, unless the total of defective components comprises 10% or more of the total LED components in the product.

  
  

  In order to make a warranty claim, notification must be given to me in writing within thirty (30) days after discovery of the defect. Additional stipulations inlcude havingproof of eligible purchase.
