We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. Some items are shipped from our warehouse and others directly from the manufacturer. Shipping varies from 1-3 business days. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible.

Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged please email us your phone number. UPS will call you to pick the package up for an insurance claim. The claim will only take a few days , in which we will reship out the new item. If we are out of stock we will refund your money.

Lost/Stolen Items: If your item is stolen from your home, please email us your phone number. Please file a police report. (stolen items account for less than .4% of our business, not common)

Within 90 days, genuinely faulty goods will be replaced, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will ship put a replacement asap.
