I am going to try to double my 40 ft tomato run by offsetting the each row and tilting the plants as they grow

As you can see by the pitchers we have started this spring planting. I found a bush type cucumber plant that only grows 3 ft. tall. That means I can grow them in the 16 oz cup system.

The pitcher to the left shows a plant called Tilo growing in a 16-ounce cup.

You can see that algae buildup on the perlite, that green slime, don't panic, that means that your nutrient solution is healthy.

I am trying a different variety of tomato plants. Big boy, better Boy, lemon Boy, Beef master and an old favorite Heat Wave that does well here in Florida.

 As you can see by the pitcher to the right I am substituting perlite for grow rocks. I am using 1 gal. painters screens to hold the perlite in the one gallon containers
